Air Permitting Basics is EnviroMod University's introductory course in the basics of air permitting (excluding modeling, witch is covered in Modeling for Permits), aimed towards plant and project managers. It covers construction permitting, operating permits, legal issues, and regulations pertaining only to special areas of the country or special equipment.  Air Permitting Basics provides a ground-level understanding of the myriad of air regulations that stem from the Clean Air Act and is broken into three lessons, which will be covered over the one day course.  Numerous examples will be used throughout the day to illustrate each topic.  Students are encouraged to bring up their specific situations for use as additional examples.
