Specializing in air quality permitting and compliance, Larry’s knowledge and experience with the Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP or “BWON” is extensive, having performed BWON compliance work at nearly two-dozen refineries and chemical plants. Larry routinely conducts BWON training courses and is recognized as one of the few national experts on BWON. Larry has also reviewed and prepared SPCC Plans, performed environmental site assessments, and has worked with hazardous and solid waste management and NPDES permitting. Larry is a registered professional engineer in Texas, Louisiana, New York, Oklahoma, Montana, North Carolina, and New Mexico.
