Ryan specializes in a variety of multimedia environmental issues for numerous industries, and is one of Sage’s most experienced trainers. He has experience with regulatory analysis and compliance assessment of BWON issues, as well as NSPS QQQ compliance, Site Remediation MACT compliance, NSR permitting, Annual Emission and Toxic Release Inventories, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Permits By Rule (PBR), and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, among other competencies. Ryan has also designed and conducted extended training programs for the BWON and NSPS QQQ regulations. His industry background encompasses projects for oil refineries, petrochemical plants, semiconductor facilities, HDPE plants, brick-making facilities, and manufacturing facilities, among others. Ryan is fluent in Russian as a second language.
